Pinterest raised another large funding round — its third in about 15 months — this one worth $200 million with a $5 billion valuation, according to a company spokesperson. Instagram for iOS update removes the option to share likes and activity to Facebook

Facebook has issued an update for Instagram for iOS that is likely to cut down on the number of updates from the photo sharing app that appear on Facebook. That’s because the change in version 5.0.11 has removed the auto-sharing of activity to Facebook. Twitter Officially Introduces The Mute Button For Android, iPhone And Web

Twitter has officially announced “mute,” a new feature for its Android, iPhone and web clients that lets users selectively turn off the posts of certain users they follow, without unfollowing them. Muting the users will stop their posts from showing up in your timeline, including their own posts and native retweets, and it also means you won’t get push notifications or SMS notices from them. Flappy Bird to Return to the App Store in August, Will Be Multiplayer and ‘Less Addictive’

On Wednesday, Flappy Bird creator Dong Nguyen announced that they are planning to return Flappy Bird to the App Store in August in a new interview with CNBC’s Kelly Evans. According to Nguyen, the new version of Flappy Bird will be a multiplayer title that is “less addictive.” At the height of its popularity, the game was generating approximately $50,000 per day in revenue from in-app ads, causing a media frenzy via @MacRumors
