As a multi-faceted property company, Keppel Land provides innovative real estate solutions. Catering to a vast customer base and a plethora of real estate projects required a chatbot on their website. They aimed to get a virtual assistant who can answer any query, facilitate appointment booking, and call back requests.
The objective was to provide users with a convenient approach to explore a variety of options that can be done with the help of a customizable and interactive chatbot, eliminating the need to surf the whole website.
